I was reading through Parking Today’s discussion page and found this "back and Forth:
We have an open to the elements top floor garage. We are trying to find the best way to deal with snow removal. Does anyone have a suggestion. Thank you, David>>>>
We use rubber edged snow plow bladed trucks to pile snow into corners. We then use Bobcat loader to lift snow over the side. When we designed our 2 new decks we put in areas that are not landscaped so we could drop snow into these areas. The snow is then loaded into dumps and hauled away.
BTW the Bobcat operator and anyone on the ground MUST have radio communication. Many years ago we lost a windshield on a ground operating vehicle and only the laundry lady knows how scared the driver was after getting a lap full of snow and windshield. >>>>
The "laundry lady"? >>>>>
She would know what he did in his drawers when the world came crashing in on him. Levity, levity, levity.
And you think that parking folks don’t have a sense of humor.
